Brand: Cetaphil. so then I started doing some research and there are some ingredients in there that are no bueno for acne prone skin (ceta-alcohol or something like that, I forget the exact name). once I learned that, I stopped using it immediately which I have used the gentle cleanser in the past and have experienced a recent increase in oilyness, I decided to move onto the oily skin cleanser I have to give a negative review of this product, I found that after two days I broke out in a rash all over my face and had terrible break outs on my chin and forehead.

I think this is a good cleanser, it does make my skin feel cool and clean. In winter (cold, dry, Canada) I use it only at night and use Cetaphil's gentle cleanser in the morning. I don't need to use a makeup I have been using Cetaphil gentle cleanser since I was around 14/15 years of age. It did wonders for my skin! Helped reduce severity of flare ups, redness and soreness.
